Hi, I have a Qtek 2020i, and, for a few months, the cable connection into the device has been broken so I cannot connect it via USB.

I have tried various methods of connecting via bluetooth and wifi and none appear to work. I charge the battery (and the spare I keep), in the spare battery slot on the cradle.

Recently, I was out all day using the device heavily and both my batteries expired. As I had to recharge both batteries, the device was left unpowered for some time, and has now completely reset.

My problem is that I need to restore many of the programmes I had on the machine, but cannot do so via PC connection. I have found cab files for some programmes, and have been able to re-install these by copying the cab files onto an SD memory card. I cannot find cab files for some of the programmes I need, however. I am particularly missing Real Player for Pocket PC.

Could somebody please point me towards sources of cab files, or, alternatively, give me some tips for syncing via bluetooth or wifi. Many thanks.

Answering my own question

I have now found the Real Player cab file on the Internet.

Could do with some answers to the other questions, though
