+39...how can i show ?

How can I show the complete international prefix with the sign + 39....? With photocontact pro when receive a call of a number not in the contact, it show the number without the sign + (For example 39-082-39......) and not +390823.... Thanks

check your regional settings: phone number display according to country

Yes i know it and i've set with +39 but it show always 39.... and not +39....
