LED Light & Dial Skin Question!

I saw this in the wiki:

Disable flashing service LEDs

"Index"=0
Note! Disables vibrating.

Does this disable every kind of phone vibration function?


Also, with my recent 8125, I used the E-Ten Dialer + Skin, should this still work well with my 8525?

I was wondering exactly how much vibration it disables too. My guess is all of it, and all of the LED indications, including the non-pointless ones you can get for VM and charging status.
