Qtek 9000 and BATTERY

Searched in the forum, at the end I bought a new battery for my Qtek 9000 but when the charge goes below 70% the phone quality transmittion get really bad and sometimes loose the signal, while going below 60% the pda shotdown the phone/bt module if active....any suggestion?
I'm really in trouble
