I dont really understand the problem ya have... Why don't ya try doing a hardreset...

If ya have Windows Mobile 2003, only press the power button + the reset button at the same time...

If ya have Windows Mobile 2005, press the power button + reset button at the same time, after that press the camera and record button before it appears the RGB at the right corner of yar PPC...

If it doesnt work, ya have to reflash it with a new rom...
