I would guess it stands for BlueTooth Device wake. As BTD is a Microsoft Library (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/wcecomm5/html/wce50conBluetoothOverview.asp) The command probably wakes the bluetooth device.

Anyone know any better?
