I would like to play my GBC roms on my XDA IIi, and this is the only emulator I can find for Xscale CPU. However, it only runs in trial mode and I cannot get a new code because the site is gone. This makes it abandonware, right? Recently the US Copyright Office granted the right to break copy protection on abandonware applications. (http://www.joystiq.com/2006/11/23/us-copyright-office-grants-abandonware-rights/) So could anybody help me out here? (I understand fully if this is still deemed as inappropriate).
