Hello all, long time reader - first time poster. I have an SPV M3100. It's brilliant, but I have two issues. I've searched extensively, but can't locate info about them, so I have put them here for some nice person to help me with . ;) I have split them across two threads, for ease of searching.
Issue: 'Connect to 3G / GPRS' (the PDA with arrows icon) option in Conn Manager greyed out.
I can connect to the 3G / GPRS network automatically when launching an app that needs to connect, but I can't connect manually. So, when I wish to use AIM, i have to load up PIE first to automatically create the G3 / GPRS. I used to have an SPV M2000, and you could click on the GPRS icon in the title-bar and click on 'connect' - I try to do this on the SPV M3100 and i get a message saying 'To connect to either the INternet or work, set up a new connection in Setting'. Is there something I'm not doing? To be honest, the whole 'work' and 'the internet' connections thing is really confusing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)
