I have a Dell X51v which I use as GPS. I bought a Sedio Car kit cradle which has a DC out port so I can charge my Holux GPSlim 236. The charging cable to the Holux has a standard mini usb connection.

My question is: Can I use the same cable to charge my Trinity?
Personally I can't see why not, but my knowledge is very limited on the subject.:o

Maybe, you have to check the output voltage of your charger with the intake of the device. For example my Tytn charger delivers 5V/1mAh to the device, so if a car charger matches that should be ok.

The battery (I have not access to the chargers for the next week) for Trinity says "Rating: 3.7 VDC === 1500mAh" and the Dell battery says "Rating: 3.7 V === 1100mAh". Both are Li-ion batteries. I would interpret this to mean that the same charger can be used, it will just take a little bit longer to get fully charged. Is this correct?
