I had Purchased PdaNET for my 8125 and used it to tether my laptop to the internet. I just bought an 8525 and can do the same.
My question is... Does tethering through PdaNET the same as doing a Dial-Up Connection as far as data speeds.
Any advantages/Dis-Advantaged either way?
I can connect on 3G through PdaNET with Download Speeds of 600-800kbps
And Upload Speeds of 90-120kbps
I can do this through the USB cable and through Bluetooth.
I have not tried to setup the Direct Dial-Up Connection...
SO knowing that this is the "EASY" way, Is it really the faster/better way?
