Anyone have this issue that after a soft-reset, when you try to scroll the program folder, it lags a bit before the icons show up? But once you 'load' the icons, the next times you access the icon it will be perfectly smooth. Is this normal, or am I the only one experiencing this?

Yes it is normal. The problematic ones are those large programes (program with large EXE) in your SD card that thats a bit long to load. Once loaded into the cache, it will be alright. Try creating a seperate folder for those large programs that you seldom use, or use a method of using a different icon for large programs. Do a search.
