I'm looking at bluetooth headphones for my XDAIIi to listen to music, and am wondering if this is supported by both the device itself and WM2k3SE?

Cheers,

Karl

Update: Done some research and searching and found the A2DP patch for the alpine, but when I went to install it it unpacked and then froze/slowed to a crawl my XDA. It forced me to do a much unwanted hard reset. Any reason for it to have frozen?

DogsiWoo,
Not sure why you're having problems with the BT A2DP patch. Should work without any problems. AFA headphones go, I recommend the iTech Clip R35. You can use you're own headphones. It also supports AVRCP. The range is excellent. I bought mine on ebay. My $.02.

I sorted the patch problem - I think I had tried to install the wrong patch (If there is more than one floating around) if not, I don't know but it didn't like it first time round.

Headphone wise, I'm really looking to go totally wireless. I've been looking at the Moto HT820, but am open to suggestions. I've done the AVRCP reg mods and so I'm just doing some research.

I am also looking into getting something like that. I haven't tried the patch yet, preferring to wait til I got my headphones when I'm in Hong Kong.

Have been reading this post:

And am looking to go for this headset:

I was eventually swung by the wire behind the neck as opposed to a neckband. Will it 90%+ work with my XDAIIi? I have PUGS Rom with the BT Profile patch and the WMP 10 skn file change for AVRCP. Will the AVCP work better with a 3rd party Media Player? Which is the best if it will?

Thanks all! :D

Take a look at some of the Plantronics bluetooth earphones. They have a range of styles, and the ones I've used have all been great quality audio.

Received my Samsung SBH-100 set and a Kingston 2GB SD today from mobileplace.co.uk (BRILLIANT SERVICE. Ordered 3.30 yesterday, received 11 this morning!) Thing is, the set works fine with WMP (Listening to Guns N Roses Live Era now :D ) but I can't get the AVRCP to work. I've installed the modified skin files that were in a thread here and have made the reg changes, soft reset the device but it doesn't work! :( Any idea's why? I tried Pocket Music, but it didn't work on this either, and it also kept freezing my XDA so I stopped using it :(

Thanks,

Karl :)

Have you tried using GSPlayer with it?
