activesync remote display and video capture problems

i have connected my qtek 2020i at the activesync program; it all good works but when I try to capture images with the camera of the pda the screen becomes only black and I do not see therefore no image; i try to connect also SOTI CONTROLLER POCKET PROFESSIONAL with Usb or TCP/IP (wireless) but the result does not change.

i try to do the function of webcam to my Pda using Softcam, but i needed first to see the video correctly...
