Install method
1 backup the phcanrc.dll in \windows first
2 copy the HQTxxxxxx.cab to pocketpc phone
3 run it and install in main memory
4 softreset

Uninstall method
1 uninstall it though remove program
2 copy the phcanrc.dll, that you backup before installation, to \windows
3 delete all registry in HKLM,"Security\Phone\Skin
4 softreset

** Though phcanrc.dll should be able to recover by itself, but for safety i recomment you to make a copy**

Hi,

I should rewrite my answer. If I am not in a UMTS/3G zone and hit the video button with the default HTC skin, I got an error message, that I am not in the UMTS area and Video is not supported, but with your skin nothing happens. After I was in a town and got a 3G signal, than the Video button works.

Your skin is perfectly working, it seems it was my fault. If you have no history , than the Video button is not working, also in the HTC skin. At my test with your skin, there was no last number.

So at all, no problems with it.
