O2 xda mini vibrator is getting slower and slower

Hi

I just realised that my vibrator is getting slower and slower. I would guess that it might be a machanical problem or is it a common problem which can be fixed ?

Loose contacts ?
U can try opening it up and push the contacts upwards.

Well it seems that the vibrator starts as normal every time but within a second it gets slower and slower. It is the same behaviour as a flat battery. Does the vibrator has it's own battery ?

I have the same problem.
I have already open the phone to check the contacts...
But the problem still here!

I'm already in contact with MPS (official O2 repairer in Australia) and they believe that the vibrator is on the way out. My phone is still under warranty so beginning of next year I get it repaired. I keep you updated on this
