first, i got a ART CHS rom .nba file (this .nba file was dump from a Artemis which one was sole in China so its Rom is chinese using awizard ) from website,
then i flash the CHS .nba file onto the French HTC P3300, but after the process was completed...i do a hardreset....but the HTC p3300 still stuck at the bootsplash....
could anybody help me?

it sounds u met the same problem of mine. Just wait several hours (hours!!) or one day, then it would be started in boot mode by holding voice-dail button + power button for a few seconds.
