Issue on abroad calls

Hi,

I'm trying to call from France to abroad. My ROM is a french one, and I've got an error everytime with this text " Die Anrufsperren Einstellungen sind jetzt aktiviert ".

Any idea on the reasons ?
My operator has activated the international support for calls.

It's German, and essentially it's saying that "The call barriers are now activated"
