Video call not working with any Aku

Hi, I tried 3 Akus (3.2, 3.2, 3.3) and the videocalls do not work in non of them. Does anybody have any idea what might be wrong? I have OK 3G signal, so that is not a problem. I always get "Video call fails" sign.

make sure your account is enabled to make the call, and make sure the person you are calling is also similarly enabled
