Custom Rom Question

Is there (or can someone make) a custom rom image for cingular with the default MS Bluetooth Stack removed and replaced with the Widcomm stack, or is this not possible due to OS limitations?

Most likely it is possible, but the process of getting the Widcomm stack working on the Wizard is only newly revealed. There are undoubtedly going to be more difficulties involved in swapping it out with the MS stack. For the moment, the best solution may lie in placing the Widcomm stack in EXT ROM.
For the other, I'm sure those cooking custom ROMs are already working on it, and will announce when it has been successful (or not).

Or you could always learn how to do it yourself.... ;)
