softbank and blackberry function... [Archive]

I bought a softbank, installed the BB connect client software but I couldn't activate the BlackBerry function. I did it ok before on the O2 XDA machine but why couldn't on this softbank ??? Does anyone help advise me how to do ???

you have an unlocked x01ht and a bb sim, right?

yes, i have bb sim + unlocked xt01....
