Fix internet browser icon (AKU 3.3/3.5)

I've hacked resource the browsres.192.dll. Copy overwirte to windows directory. After reset, instead of moving ring, the icon of internet browser is rotating rings.

I have Helmi's AKU3.3 v1.2 (back from AKU3.5) and it's working for me.

It's work fine on my UNI_ with helmi aku3.5, The icon become static rotating rings, but..actually i like animated icon...

unzip the archive directly into windows folder

OkiDoki, that's how it works for me too.
I was thinking it would be the plain vanilla PIE Icon.
My fault.
