Invalid Vender ID = CID-lock

I re-flash my Herald today,but Invalid Vender ID at 2%!

So,I must wait for official RUU，I thought!

I suggest you do that;) but you can also unlock your CID at http://www.imei-check.co.uk

BUT it did not work for papamopps, he bricked his device with this..

It does not matter what provider you have, it's a herald so it works:) remember CID lock is something else than SIM lock..
