you cant, cus if you change it on your phone the persons phone that you are sending it to may reject the message cus it is too much.

What's the problem you're having? I can send up to a 300kb mms... how much larger do you want it?

There's a registry edit that allows you to change your MMS settings. Do a search, you'll find it.
