Hello.

I seem to have problem with wlan & bluetooth on my trinity.

With only bluetooth enabled I can search for other devices and connect to them with pairing and such. But when I enable wlan the search for other devices takes alot longer time and the pairing procedure fails.

Also, if I have a bluetooth connection to another device and I'm transferring data to my trinity the data transfer is messed up if I enable wlan.

Has someone else experienced this?

Got this response from htc support.

"In response to your query the type of access that you want to experience in your device, is not supported by us, this type of access is limitated to operation platform tested and reviewed by Microsoft that is the owner and creator of the Operational System."

Don't know if it's my English or their English or just one of those 'auto responses' from customer support that rarely answers ones question and give you the feeling that they haven't read the question at all, but, does their answer imply that WM 5.0 doesn't support communication with a bluetooth device and using wlan at the same time?

Have a look at the thread about my experience with HTC support. I think it is pretty obvious that customer support people have been given max 30 seconds to read and reply to any support request.
The canned response when they don't even understand what you are talking about is that you are trying to do something that is not supported.
