Problem with Qtek 9000

I found one Problem in my qtek, after install the follow ROM: JASJAR_WWE_19096_19505_11300_AKU_3_2_ship, after i install everething ok, i remove the skype and the extras from imate, and install my aplications, i found some problems with wisbar but after i remove and install 3 times and reboot the qtek, it was ok..(for now!!!), than i install one program with the name SmaatoCost, and when i try to run, have give the follow error:

something with "Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Status, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken=31BF3856AD364E345",

i don't no if is just a bug with this program or will give me more problems??? how i resolve this problem?
