Is there a good free way to get your games off your wizard and put them onto a freshly flashed wizard. I'm thinking about upgrading to the latest rom but I want all my games still. TIA

In a nutshell, for cross-ROM updates, you can only use Sprite Backup's Device Upgrade mode.
