Turned it off on the airplane and would not boot pst the blue cingular screen later. I have removed the battery several times, soft reset several times, one hard reset, tried a different battery, left it on the blue screen for an hour, left the battery out for hours nothing.
I left it off and plugged in the charger the orange light came on and changed to green in about an hour.
I downloaded the latest version rom upgrade from the cingular link and was able to get it to connect via the bootloader. It changed the ipl to 2.25, the spl to 2.25 the gsm to 82.25.11 and the os to 2.25.11.1, but still nothing. I repeated the process with plugging in the charger with the battery out and letting it flash the blue cingular screen for about 2 min then starting bootloader, installing battery and connecting to pc and running the ruu. Did not help. I did notice on the RUU screen that says it is changing the os from version (blank) to version 2.25 it may not see installed version if it is truly installed.
I am out of ideas, can someone please help?
Thanks,
doc

I read theis post and my understanding was that you had to be able to reach active sink to work this fix. I can only get to bootloader which may not be exactly working right. My boot does not go past the cingular screen.
Am I worng?
Thank you for your responce.

Reconnect your 8125 to your PC and in the bootloader does
it say USB in the bottom left? If yes then flash your device
with this Rom: button's 1.05 ROM
ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/Wizard/Roms/Qtek/CUSTOM__RUU_Wizard_1050412_WWE_101_11210_WWE.exe
After that follow Dr Puttingham's instructions.
Good luck
