Clock sync between PC and PPC

Hi. I don't want to synchronize time between PC and PPC every time I run ActiveSync. I know exactly where to disable this function but my problem is, that ActiveSync automatically set this function again on next launch of that damn program. Why? Any idea? Thanks.
