HTC S310 newbie need help and advice

I'm more of a pocket pc person and this is my 1st smartphone in 2 years... how do i check which OS ROM ver? Under settings>about I see:
OS Build 5.1.195 (Build 14955.2.3.0)
Radio Version 4.1.13.20_2.41.90
RIL Version 2.002
I checked the ftp and only 2 files were up:
OxygenBootloader_1030000.exe
RUU_Oxygen_1.5.401.2_R3_4.1.328_02.67.90_HTC_EUR_T est.exe
Do I need to update my S310 to this ROM on the ftp? Sorry really a noob with WM Smartphones.

Are there any problems with the device?
I checked my S310 and I have the exact same vesions. It works fine and never touch a running system :D
