G4 T-Mobile Dutch Extended Cab Files

hi i have a G4 device and i want to understand my Extended_Rom abit better. (ROM: Versie 2.21.2.108)
I have found the meaning about 50% of the cab files, but others not.
I need some help with these CAB files :D please

I think this redirects the Communication manager to a HTC app that only puts WiFi on while out of standby.

MP_Ringtone_NLD_050811.CAB - Adds support of MP4, Midi, 3GP, M4A, AMR, AWB, WMA, WMV en MP3 ringtones. Needed imho
MP_SmartDialing_enable_0915_signed.CAB - Enables Smartdialing. Skinning (pink) is not in here but in OS ROM. (so if you want a different (Smart)dialer just get the Qtek ROM. Needed.
MP-Shorcut-MMS1-JAVA6XX-CV-VOICE-EmailWiz-TMO-051215.CAB - Creates a lot of shortcuts (in dutch!) in menus. Not Needed.

UNI_BrowserPerformance.sa.CAB - Modifies MaxRequestThreads en MaxConnectionsPerServer settings for internet connections
VMail.CAB - Sets the VoiceMail number under speed-dial 1. Needed for T-mobile NL users (otherwise this entry stays empty).
