please help me stuck after rom upgrade

Hello,
my universal screen is stuck

after Ivan's (3.5)rom upgrade
i pressed the 2 softkeys and reset button

i got the press 0 to clear memory

I press 0 and then the universal does not start up

plz plz plz help me :(

I was trying to understand what is mtty tool but never understood
some kind person plz help...

Iv managed to get into bootloader
I run mtty
my only problem is I have COM1 and COM2 in dropdown
no USB

can some 1 tell me why ??

When it Bootloader mode, there are some words on screen, check if it is minimum v1.00 and above.

When in Bootloader mode, activesync is off, but you can run the upgrade software.

because I have only com1 and com2

i guess i need to get USB>
on screen whn i press enter
but i dont get anything

I tried rom upgrade,
the system says device not recognizable

Hope you did not change or delete any previous settings on both PPC & PC.

Just connect your device to your usual working activesync usb port.

Do not use ROMUpgradeUt.exe, use MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe to upgrade from Bootloader mode.

yes I finally managed to enable USB
and I use
USB>set 14 0
then I get this
HTCST ÚÈÒHTCEUSB>

I try normal upgrade with ROMUpgradeUt got error 101

now I try with MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe after replacing the 3 files from the country_error folder

I get error saying the upgrade is not designed to run on my device

I re-flashed with my old O2 rom and no mitty required
just boot loader

But after have this problem, I log in to bootloader and up rom beta 15 again (old rom), after up rom beta 15 finished and everything is ok! I start re up rom (3.5) for again and everything is good! now, i'm running 3.5, it's very very good, faster, bigger memory...! Thanks to Mr.Ivan so much!
