i cant anyone Upgrade to my XDA mini S , he is an G3 device, Bootloader Version, 2.26, i have this tourtorial

i have downloaded the downgrade rom, have cid unlock maked an when i upgrade the new Rom, he goes up to 100% above nothing upgradet, but the Spalsh and Extended rom and gsm have he updatet, not the OS, what happend?. can anyone help me?
