i can`t install new ROM even with NoVendorID

Good day...
There is a problem to install this official ROM RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_QTEK_WWE_Ship.ex e
on my Qtek S200 ((AKU2) ROM: 2.9.7.25 Radio: 02.20.21 ExtROM 2.9.7.9456).
When i started to install this new ROW, there is appeared an error: Invalid VendorID. I`ve downloaded ROMUpdateUtility-NoVendorID.zip extract the utility out of archive to some directory, and extract new ROM in the same directory! Then i`ve just started this utility, next,next... there was an error again! error 208 (it seems like, this utility can`t recognize new ROM).
What should i do?
Where is my mistake?

There was an answer on other website to use other version of this ROMUpdateUtility-NoVendorID (2.5.2; 2.00.1)
Has anibody this versions? May be somebody knows where to download this one?
