What are the hardware requirements of 3G? Why can't we develop 3G for the blue angel? I'm not sure of the Blue Angel's specifications, but does it have any of these?

W-CDMA
CDMA2000
CDMA2001
TD-CDMA / TD-SCDMA
UWC-136 (often implemented with EDGE)
DECT

If not, what about EDGE? There must be some of these technologies that just want you to buy a new phone, when you don't need one?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the use of these techonologies would require hardware which is not available in the Blue Angel.

It's a hardware matter. no software will give you these upgrades.

The BA has no chance of 3G.

No. It can only use what it offers - it is a hardware limitation.

Yeah, but they don't offer a 3G SDIO card.
