vijay555 has it because he made it.
I see no indications that he is making any plans to release it. Certainly not to people without the knowledge how to make apps work on it and use it without asking questions all the time anyway.

Lol. Yeah, FloatMe is a good app if you want a floating window style.
VJSihaya is not released, although a few people were given an alpha release some time back.
It is real software, but is not being actively developed because I have other things to write first before I can concentrate on that app. The new versions have some much more exciting features, but there aren't really enough VGA phones around (ie just the Universal!) to make it very sensible to release right now. QVGA doesn't benefit much from the idea.

@Vijay
We are all waiting for what you have mentioned "unrealised Wet dream". :D
Are you also trying with ROM newer than AKU2.x?

CWKJ - as far as I can tell, Hot Desk is something like Wisbar, a Today screen enhancer. VJSihaya is a replacement Shell/GUI with certain OS enhancements.
VJSihaya will work on any rom, WM2003 or WM5. However, in the final version, it's likely there will be certain OS specific effects as well. For now, it's just a platform I use for experimentation... it has certain process & thread controls that make it particularly useful for debugging apps, although these aren't shown in the screenshots.
