8525 Earpiece & Mic Volume

The earpiece on my 8525 is entirely too low. Even at the highest setting I cannot hear the person very well. My wife uses an 8525 as well so I don't know if her mic needs turned up or if my earpiece needs turned up, or both.

On my old motorola's it was just gain_table.bin.
I'm new to WM so is there a registry setting to adjusts gains somewhere, becuase as it is right now it is terrible.

I assume that you have it set to maximum using the normal settings? (and I apologise if that's the first thing you checked) The jog wheel also adjusts volume whilst in a call.
