Tweak for signed software

I know that Hermes has an extra security for signed software, Is there a posibility that I can disable it during initial setup of Hermes (after Hardreset). We can disable it using fit4cathermes tweak, but I need to automatically install my customise software after hardreset which is resided in Ext ROM.
