Assign "Button5" To "Running Programs"

Hi there,
Isnt there a way to assign Button5 (the "ok" button) to start / settings / system / memory / "Running Programs" ??? Been googling whole day.. All i get it task manager apps.

Anyone got an idea?:confused:

Make a text file:
28#"ctlpnl.exe" cplmain.cpl,4,2


Save as memory.lnk
Launch it.

For assigning buttons, check Sleuth255's solution or AEButton etc.
