There is an artemis specific emulator the other side of the universe but if you mean a wm 5 emulator then try this one

I was hoping for an Atermis specific emulator... or maybe a configuration file for the standard WM5 emulator from MS... I'd like to have an emulation for GPS, for example... and I'd like to play with the configuration of push-email...

Sorry to ask a newbie question... what's Push email?

"Push email" is a new feature available in Windows Mobile 5. The basic idea is that instead of having the mobile device poll a POP/IMAP account (introducing either battery-hammering behaviour if polling to quickly or frustrating latency if polling too slowly) the email server notifies the mobile device when new mail arrives. This used to be done with SMS messages to prompt the phone to poll, but in W.M.5, I'm lead to believe, a blocking call is made to an http mail-server (which I understand has to be exchange) and this call un-blocks when mail arrives... hence notifying the phone the second a new mail is available.

"Push email" is a big selling point for the Atermis, in my opinion, but I would like to verify that it would actually work with my email servers before buying one. I'd also like to verify that the GPS will work with proprietary mapping software... hence wanting the emulator to emulate GPS as it is available on the Atermis.
