Isn't it already built in in settings > buttons?

Otherwise, I install PHM Keytools, or write my own (VJBigPhone).

To use the built in button mapper, go to Start Button > Settings > Buttons, click on a button (top window), then in "Button assignment" go right towards the top to <rotate screen>

I highly recommend the PHM stuff tho, for being generally fabulous.
