Does anyone know how to make a cab file that can contain the necessary email account settings so that I dont have to keep doing it by hand everytime I do a rom update?

its not just after upgrading a ROM but every 4 or 5th soft reset with wm6 I loose all the IMAP settings and WiFi/GPRS passwords.
Oh how handy would a CAB file be......

Tell me about it......it drives me mad, thats why i started the thread
