I need to upgrade my t-mobile mda pro- german versin to a english version, help

there are many different ROMs that you can update your Universal with. Look in the "Universal Upgrading etc" section of this forum on this website.

Once you have your universal upgraded to an english ROM you can change the registry settings so that the german keyboard on your universal works correctly.
