How to downgrade with "downgrade SPL"

Hi everybody !!! :)

Before all, sorry in advance for english....:o

I'd like to downgrade my qtek V1065 from 1.06 to 1.04 but I don't know how I have to use the downgrade SPL ?
I have 5 files : EnterBootloader.exe,ROMUpdateUtility.exe,RUUGetInf o.exe,nk.nbf and the RUUResource.dll

other question : do I have to be in bootloader mode ?
