i want to change the laguage, this is my phone version

You may want to edit your post and remove the IMEI number.

Changing your phone to English is rather simple - go to the Hermes wiki pages (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_Upgrades) here, download the WWE ("world wide english") version that has bootloader version 1.09 (this is the best ROM released so far), and flash your Hermes according to the instructions that come with it.

If you want to have the ability to later change to version with a CID other than "QTEK_001", change your device to SuperCID first. If you search for "SuperCID", you'll find a few threads explaining how this is done.

German HERM100 device, this is most likely an O2 trion, so it's CID is not "QTEK_001" but "O2___102".

i dont know how to flush it how can i get it done plz whis is better rom it says bootloader 1.04 is better. im confused

Hm - I thought installing the WWE ROM would change the CID (if not made SuperCID before) to QTEK_001, but thinking about it now, I realize I was wrong.

Okay, so juliano6666: do make your Hermes SuperCID first, because otherwise your only upgrade options will be back to future German O2 ROMs...
