Ok, You might need to give a bit more information.

For example, what country are you in? Which websites are you trying to view on your Jasjam? You could use IE built in but a lot of people prefer Opera. Not sure if there is a Mozilla available yet :D

Are you on a contract? Do you have GPRS in your area? Does your SIM/mobile account allow you access to the web?

i allow to do every thing from my company

but when i go lets say to webs that have streaming
i cant see its not download it
and we have in my country blogtv

That's all Flash Video 8. Just like Youtube and Google Video... There is currently no software to play this natively on Windows Mobile devices.

I've heard your only solution is Orb or possibly a newer Sling Media device, both of which require an always-on PC at home to act as "translator/server" for your Windows Mobile device. Since I'm a Mac user, I haven't looked into it yet. Sorry, no soup for us as they say.
