fm frequency range

Is it possible to change the frequncy range under 87 mhz to 86 or 85 or so on. couldt this be done by another software or a reg hack?

Lol, this was possible with my old portable radio, I was able to pick up some police channels. Would be great if this is also possible with the P3300.
