i-mate Jam no accept align screen

Dear all...
i have i-mate jam i try to do it align screen but i can't caz i try to but the pen in + and the i-mate replay agine and can't completing the align ..so please can any one tell me how to solved this problem ...

Have you tried a soft reset?

Take thin plastic card & try neatly conduct between screen & body at all perimeter, clean rubbish! if after won`t working, change "touchscreen"

hi...i do have same type of problem with my 02 xda. After hard reset when i try to allign secreen at centre point,it doesnt move at all.It seems as if centre point has gone dumb while all other four corners do respond to tapping.This way my magician is stuck at secreen allignment.I am very much frustrated...can you heklp me out? thanks

it can be solved if you are using external power then ur ppc will align the screen.
