Getting "Running Programs" on left soft key on SPV M3100 (a la Vario II)

My Vario II has it as default, and I'd like to replicate it on my other half's M3100. But the M3100 doesn't have the "Sofy Key" icon in SETTINGS/PERSONAL.

Anyone know how I can add it?

Standard registry hack to assign buttons to softkeys. Or look up user Mort's recent app.
