CIngular 8525

I've searched and searched the fourms but could not find any answers.... I have a Cingular 8525, i'm trying to unlock it etc.. but when I start it up, it does not show me the IBL or the SBL.... so I can't determine which version of the bootloader I have. Any ideas? My screen shows up with a 3G Cingular flame and then... like some letters and numbers... any help would be nice. Thanks.

you need to go into bootloader mode. Search for it, or it could be in the WiKi. I think you hold the OK button and the Power button and soft reset it with the stylus.

If it's a stock 8525 you have bootloader 1.06 and need to load the 1.30 Cingular ROM to get bootloader 1.04. From there you can do the rest of the steps to unlock and SuperCID.
