I am a hardcore WM fanatic. I've developed several WM applications in the past and know Win32, VC++, and .NET very well. I broke down and bought this Nokia 770 because it's such a cool device and I hate booting my laptop to check quick web stuff. I'd really like to throw WM5 on it (Linux just aint cutting it). I have access to everything I need (I'm a MS partner and ISV) and wanted to know if anyone knew a rough order of magnitude for such an endeavor (weeks, months, years?). It uses a Texas Instruments OMAP 1710 running at 220 MHz. It's got 64MB DDR RAM and 128MB ROM. There's also an RS-MMC slot. The 800×480 display is incredible and Opera looks great on it.

I'm willing to throw some time at it, but I've got a day job to attend to.
